Why can't I activate my sim card?

I just received my SIM that I ordered yesterday, but when I type in the activation code the site says the code is invalid. I never used it before and never created an account with Fizz before...

I saw some answers that say to contact Fizz but I can't find how ... The chat bubble doesn't show up

You can contact Fizz by open a help page like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what....
Wait for 15 seconds and you'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right of the page.
