I need help getting connected to Data. I pay for it but It's not working. All my Data settings are correct.
My phone is the Samsung Note 8 living in Ottawa. My kids phones have Data working correctly.
Did you setup APN parameters https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Did you verify Fizz compatibility https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
.
For some models restart your phone after configure APN does help.
Other answers
It may be your phone that does not support the frequencies that Fizz (and Videotron) is using. Looking at https://willmyphonework.net/ and entering the data for a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, it shows that it will not work. I attach a screenshot for you.
