I need help getting connected to Data. I pay for it but It's not working. All my Data settings are correct.
My phone is the Samsung Note 8 living in Ottawa. My kids phones have Data working correctly.

Did you verify Fizz compatibility https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

For some models restart your phone after configure APN does help.4 -
It may be your phone that does not support the frequencies that Fizz (and Videotron) is using. Looking at https://willmyphonework.net/ and entering the data for a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, it shows that it will not work. I attach a screenshot for you.2
