I’ve been noticing a lot more no service than usual, also on two occasions it said no sim card? What am I doing wrong?
Check your APN settings. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn. Update your phone.

I would try to restart my phone first. if it didn't work I would remove sim card from the phone et reput it. If it still not working I would contact fizz via the chat bubble you can use that link to reach the bubble just wait a couple of second and the bubblewill appear,
