When I put in my address for home internet it tells me it's not available for commercial. Im in a residential apartment?

I live in a residential apartment but they are telling me it is commercial. Anyone had this?

It can be a problem with their database and your address. Someone else had the same problem in French https://communaute.fizz.ca/questions/1872381-assez-compet.... They wasn’t able to change it and he can’t have the service. Verify if you enter the right information and try to contact them via the chat if it’s doesn’t work.

i have the same issue, was absolutely ridiculous that they won't change it. My current provider changed it and Hydro quebec changed my rate to residential when i informed them. it doesn't make sense
