I am travelling from Scotland to Canada and would like a Fizz sim to use during my stay. Is there any way to have the SIM sent internationally so I have it for my arrival?

No because your adress is out of the coverage zone.5

You need buy a local sim in airport . Fizz is not your choice since they only do local delivery in Quebec and Ottawa.1
