Hi, I activated my SIM card last week. However, when I call my phone number it says, it is not in-service

I think you would be better off talking to someone at Fizz through their chat.
Many things could have went wrong.
Log to you account and go here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
A small chat bubble will appear at the bottom right.
click on ti and ask your question and a Fizz agent will help you.
They are open until 18:00 today
