    It's happened to a lot of persons. Someone whould be able to help you but you can also make a surch on the forum.

    Are you within the subscription zone? https://fizz.ca/en/coverage

     

    If you are not in the subscription zone, you can not order a SIM card.  If you are, I would suggest getting in contact with support.
