Referral credit not working?

I currently paid my second bill with Fizz. As mentioned the friend referral credit should kick in after the second payment which there's absolute no sign of it anywhere.

Is anyone having the same issue?

This is not an issue, the credit will be applied to your next cycle payment ( the one following the 2nd payment )

Other answers

Take a look at "My Profile" -> "Referral bonuses". There is a year pull down so you can see the ones that were available in 2018. All of them should be listed there and their status, could be PENDING or DISCOUNT ON YOUR BILL. The ones that are unlocked (DISCOUNT ON YOUR BILL) will be applied to your subsequent bills automatically.
