Not able to Call

I transfer my number from freedom MObile now 15 days ago, I bought the add on for calls, I am still not able to call,Please HELP

If your phone doesn't support band 4 HSPA (1700/2100 MHz) then I believe you would get data only; assuming it has band 4 LTE. Is that possibly your issue? If so, you should be able to connect to Fizz Ext to make calls (if your phone lets you, but for some reason mine will only connect to Fizz Ext when it chooses to and not when told to) and then go back to Fizz for data.

I should add that this would not be a permanent solution to the problem. If it works, then you've confirmed it's an issue with your phone and you'll want to get a new one because you can't use Fizz Ext exclusively.
