Why the fizz doesn’t respect to my problem?

I have problem for port my phone number from fizz to Rogers but my account number(I find my account number in my plane) doesn’t work now the fizz doesn’t respect to my problem and there is no costumer service.
What I have to do?

    Customer service is through the chat tool.
    Log in your account and go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    A small chat bubble will appear after few seconds at the bottom right of your screen.
    Click on it and ask for assistance.
    An agent will be happy to help.

    You need to be patient as well. They are understaffed , especially at peak times.

    I'm sorry to read about your situation. Have you tried porting using only your IMEI? You can find your IMEI by dialling *#06# on your phone.

    Be patient, fizz support is slow because too many requests.
