Whenever I make a call, I get charged two minutes even on a 5 second call (literally).
There are no call logs to show this either. Who and how should I contact?

It is possible that there is a “minimum call length”, but two minutes seems like a long time. You should contact customer support and check with them: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
First you're on a pay as you go for phone call plan, you'd better get add-on instead to save some money。 Secondly looks like Fizz billing is 2 minutes instead, which means 2 mins minimum for any call.
Let us know what you find out. I don't recall seeing anywhere that Fizz bills a 2 minute minimum.
