My sim card says it was delivered and when I contacted planet courier they said they stick it to the door, but there's no envelope no where. How do I go about getting a new one and also getting refunded?

some people have mentioned that their neighbor received their sim card so try that

If you live in the app/condo building you should verify at the building front door.
If not found then you shoud contact Fizz

You need to wait about 15 seconds in order for the bulble chat to appear at the bottom right corner of the page.
