Not getting notification for voicemail?

Not receiving notification that I have a new voicemail. I have to call my voicemail every day to make sure I didn't miss a call. This works on any other carrier, why does it not work with Fizz?

Normally you would receive a SMS saying : " You have a new voice mail from <phonenumber> received at <HH:MM:SS> on <Month-Day-YY>"

Did you verify to see if you can receive sms ( you should normally ) ?

I do receive regular SMS from people. But no SMS for voicemail.

I just tried and it works. You may want to disable some extensions on your browser if any.
You need to be on a help page (for example this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues)
Wait for about 15 seconds .
