Can a fizz worker take my auto payment before my 7 grace days are over? I put another card on defaul

I put a new card on my account but the auto payment didnt go yet. Please take it before my account permanently suspended.

    Make sure the card is set as default and delete any other ones.
    I don't think there is a push payment method available.

    It is on default and deleted every other card... How long does it take to autopay?

    René get right answer. Ask them in chat and push the charge asap. Chat is better and faster.

    Hi Anwarul,
    If you changed your payment card, the system will automatically get the payment within 24hours that the CC was changed. We're working on enhancing this experience so you would be able to make the payment at the moment you changed your credit card.

    but it has been more than 2 days and no autopay... why?
