I didn't receive my SIM card and I called Planete courrier, they said that it was dilevered on Jan. 7th! How is that?

I didn't receive the SIM card and I called Planete courrier, they said that it was dilevered on Jan. 7th!
I told them that I didn't receive any thing, but they asked me to contact FIZZ for that, so I'm asking what should I do to get the SIM card?

For me, the tracking said delivered but it was never delivered. Few days later, it was inside my mail box lol , just be patient i guess
