Unanswered question
I've been charged for sim card, but not only I didn't receive it, there is no sign of it on my fizz account that I bought, I payed or it a week ago but nothing happened , but my credit card is charged already!

if there's no sign of it in your account you should contact Fizz over chat here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
scroll down to the bottom of the page and wait for the green chat bubble to appear in the bottom right corner
Agreed, contact support and have them resolve it for you.
