Why my Activation code is invalid?

I activated my card and transferred my number from Virgin to Fizz on Wednesday. However, I was not able to receive calls or any SMS. This morning, I received an email from Fizz asking to finish activating my number. When I tried, I was told that my activation code is invalid. Till today, I can't receive any call or SMS, any call is redirected to my voicemail. Can anyone help me?
