I activated my card and transferred my number from Virgin to Fizz on Wednesday. However, I was not able to receive calls or any SMS. This morning, I received an email from Fizz asking to finish activating my number. When I tried, I was told that my activation code is invalid. Till today, I can't receive any call or SMS, any call is redirected to my voicemail. Can anyone help me?

Activation is not fully done. Was like that as you. Contact Fizz and they fixed it in 4 days. Watiing 3 days and resolve it instantly if the guy know what he is doing.
Thank you M.T & Rose, I submitted a complaint, I am waiting. Hope it would be solved soon! I might miss opportunities due to this issue!

I have contacted them through the bubble, I am still waiting. Yesterday, I started sending and receiving texts, but no incoming calls. All are still being redirected to my voicemail.
