My account has been suspended for about 10 days now due to non payment, I am trying to pay now but the site wont let me and it saying I might loose my number. How can i make my payment and get my services back.
My plan does not appear anymore on the website either.

I will contact fizz by the chat I think it's your only solution you need them to reactive your account.

Contact Support ASAP. Quickest is through chat. They will steer you to the right team.
