i have been spending hourss reading the FAQ and group trying to configure the MMS function and no success...there is a pixel2, a nexus 5X, a one plus 5T and a a pixel 3 all new customers with Fizz and all of them have no MMS. i and so did the other owners have tried manually entered the APN, resend the initial config (which never comes in) and still no MMS... Really disapointed
I'm sorry. I can't see why MMS isn't working for any of them. Is data, SMS, and phone calls working on all of them?

If MMS is the only thing not working, I'd suggest you talk to customer service and see if they can help.

Do these new customers all have data plans for their phones? MMS requires a data plan. Data must also be switched on in the phone settings.
All these customer have data in their plans, and data is ON
mms used to work on my phone without APN configured at the begining.
And it just stopped few weeks ago.
I configured APN as instructed on Fizz website but the problem persists.
I opened a ticket with Fizz and it still NOT working unfortunately

I have the same issue off and on. I don't use a lot of MMS though...
The question is not, is there an alternative or can i use something else to compensate for something they cannot fix?
