Unanswered question

I made a payment but still no reactivated service, what do I do ?

So I was charged to my card for my payment and it should of reactivated my services with fizz but it did not and they said they will get back to me when they figure it out and I sent them the transaction screenshot on my phone, this isn't the first time I've had a problem with them doing this to me or anyone I know and they will also randomly cut my services short without notice but it's no where close to my payment due date... Please help

Unfortunately nobody here can help you with this problem. It's definitely all up to Fizz to fix it for you and we're all fellow users like you. The best you can expect is for someone who has had the same problem (not me) to suggest a way to get Fizz to fix it faster or more permanently based on their experiences, and even that's probably a long shot.
