Can not receive call?

I transferred my cell phone to Fizz last night, I can call others, but I can not receive any call, they all go to my voice box.

Also in my account notification, it shows my IMEI is not correct!

The transfer may take up to 48 hours in some cases to complete.
It's normal that you can not receive calls at the moment.
If the situation persists longer than 48 hours you should then contact Fizz via chat using this link

I choose another new phone number, and it works!

How can I cancel the new one with (438) 630-3999?

After changing your phone number, you're going to have to contact customer service via the chat bubble on the solutions page to see if they can change it back.
