Can not receive call?

I transferred my cell phone to Fizz last night, I can call others, but I can not receive any call, they all go to my voice box.
Also in my account notification, it shows my IMEI is not correct!

    I choose another new phone number, and it works!
    How can I cancel the new one with (438) 630-3999?

    After changing your phone number, you're going to have to contact customer service via the chat bubble on the solutions page to see if they can change it back.
