Data disappeared when entered us. Sometimes it returns back for couple minutes. Now all the calls are not going through. Need help

A chat bubble will appear after few seconds at the bottom right of your screen.
Clizk on it, ignore the first message and post your problem there.
An agent will assist you with your issue.

I have been expienceing the same issue so far Fizz has not been of much help. I have found 3 trick that temporarily fix the problem
