No service on new account on IPhone 8?

My carrier settings says Fizz 35.0 and I have not been able to get service whatsoever. I activated 8 hours ago.

I did not port over a number, I got a new one. I am not able to make or receive phone calls as I have no service.

Have you tried resetting the network settings? Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset Network Settings? Also, I am not sure if you have another phone, but have you tried using the sim in another phone? Not saying that your phone is defective but iPhones sometimes has issues sending an activation signal to the provider.

First thing first, did you get email and text confirmation about your activation?
Can you verify payment on your credit card?
Don't forget, Fizz is a prepaid service, so you wont get any service if there is a delay in the payment process.

If this is all good, keep your iPhone on a WiFi connection while doing the iOS check and update of the carrier settings.

Restart your phone...

I just activate my plan on IPhone 7 Plus this morning and after a restart, it automatically worked fine.
My phone have the lasted IOS running and there is no other troublesome setup.
