You can speak to them through facebook messenger!
If you're struggling to reach a human, you can message them through Facebook Messenger. It's not instantaneous, but you should get a response in a day.
I had the same problem as you and this is how I resolved it. Now my phone is working great with no problems. You're on the right path

my suggestion: Why not Fizz find some sim distributors locally and let them distribute SIM cards and do activation, as return, give these distributors referral bonus as return. It's a win-win situation. Fizz management should serious consider my suggestion.
