My Upgrade is not working and showing, why?

I have selected the upgrade of 250MB to my plan but I don't see it, it shows as activated but not in the data usage graph

In one of my accounts without data, I activated a data upgrade which only took effect the following cycle. My other account which had data already, the data upgrade took effect immediately.

I can confirm you that an upgrade will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle and it is valid for two years from the date you apply it to your plan
