Hi,
I never got a text message with my PIN. When hold 1 down and get to voicemail I don't know what PIN to use to access my voicemail. How do I reset the PIN?

Make sure you don't have any pop-up blockers active in your browser.
Then log in your account and go on this page : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
The chat bubble will appear after few seconds at the bottom right.
It's available on weekdays between 07:00 and 22:00
and between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekends

Do you received a notification with the pin number.
Try 1234, it's usually the default voicemail PIN

I didn't receive a text message witth the pin number.
Use Contact form in "my profile". Ask them resend voice mail pin number
I tried 1234 and that didn't work either. I never see the chat bubble, I use chrome.
Try removing and reinstalling the Sim card
Try to use other than chrome. Me it didn't work with firefox but it's ok with chrome.
