Can't find any options on ''Manage plans'' tab, thus i can't get my PUK

Hello, i see all the instructions on how to find your PUK code, and they all say ''My Plans>Manage Plans>Unlock PIN'' but when i go on that page, and by that i mean when i click ''Manage plan'', i don't have any options other than ''Wallet'' and ''Add user''. I can't get my PUK and thus right now i'm stuck without a working phone. This also means that i can't edit my plan for the upcoming month either, since i dont have any options on ''Manage plan''. This is insanely frustrating.

A network unlock code means that your phone is lock on the network's provider from which you bought the phone from.
PUK code is a different thing. It is use to overwrite a SIM PIN safety code you have forgot.

How did your sim get locked?

If you just activated the sim, it can take some time for your account to be fully functional. If it's not working by the morning, try chatting with a customer service rep who hopefully will be able to help or direct the problem to a technician who can help.

I was asked the SIM unlock network PIN. Couldn't find any info on where i was supposed to find it, its not written anywhere. I tried my Unlock Code from my previous provider but it didnt work for some reason. Still, thanks for the tip but it doesn't tell me why i can't access my PUK, which should be easily accessible.

If you activated your SIM with a pay-as-you-go set-up, I'm not sure you can add a plan after.
In any cases, Fizz customer service is open tomorrow between 10:00 and 18:00
Log into your account and go this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
You will see a bubble chat appear at the bottom right of your browser.
Click on it and submit your issue. (Ignore the warming message).

Thanks for the link, i will try support tomorrow. And i know a PUK is different, i need this to unlock my SIM because apparently my PIN was wrong. And so this brings back the fact that i can't get my PUK, and that if i don't want this to happen again i would most likely need my unlock PIN, which i still don't know where to get. I tried the PIN fto unlock the phone from my previous provider, as i said, and it didn't work.

Get your phone unlocked from your carrier, its free.

It's because your activation is not fully done. I get exactly same problem when I activate my pay as you go plan. It can be resolved by contact Fizz support and 4 days time. After done, you will be able to manage plan, change to a plan with unlimited text.

J'ai eu le même problème si vous êtes nouveau chez fizz cela veux dire que vous êtes encore avec l'ancien opérateur il faut régler cela avec le nouveau Fizz .
