Updated payment method, how to make/push payment to unblock SIM?

I have updated my payment method on the fizz website and would like to unblock my SIM card although the "unblock SIM card" feature in manage plans just results in an "ERROR" with no context. How can I make/push through this payment to unblock my SIM and start using my phone again?

You should contact Fizz by one of these 3 methods:
going to my Profile -> Contact forms -> submit a complaint

or you can also go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and wait for the chat bubble to appear .You need to be logged in and be within their business hours which are normally from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST but **From Dec 22nd to Jan 5th, every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).**

I found a workaround for this issue until the problem will be solved, but it's expensive!!!
Add money to your Wallet and it will be unlocked. but it will be charging of 'pay as you go' rates.
and for your information, i contact them with chat 3 times today, they telling that the problem will be solved very soon. latest in 3 days.
