Gifting to another uer not working?

Hello there. Under the MY Perks section, I was trying to gift the 500MB mobile data to my son, another user. However, when I click the Gift button, I got an error message that I do not have a Fizz plan. Since I am using the service, my plan should be activated, right? Also, under My plan section, the Gift button is unavailable. What should I do to fix this? Thank you very much.

    In order to gift to another user, you both need to have chosen the full experience for your privacy setting (at least temporarily). Even then, some users are unable to gift or receive data, in which case contacting customer service via the chat bubble (find it in the solution hub) is usually the way to go.

    I think you also both need to have data in your plan to gift and receive data.
