No I have not. But if you did then you have to contact Fizz.

I have not yet , but I would immediately try to contact Fizz customer service via chat during chat hours, or via contact forms if after chat hours. I would hope they would rectify it quickly.

I have, although not much, they assured they would fix it, but they still havent
