Answered question
So I am very confused on the payment that was just taken out. I have a $40 per month plan. I also had a referral approved (-$25). I would think my payment would be $15 + taxes/fees.
Instead I was charged $45.20 and $16.95 is in my wallet. I can't make any sense of this. Any ideas?
Customer service is pretty easy to reach.
First log in to your account then go here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
Bubble chat comes on after few seconds on the bottom right of your browser!
All of that on opening hours of course.
Cheers :))

It makes no sense.
That's some funky new math right there...
Maybe you got 25$ in your wallet and Fizz charged you for something else by mistake.
You may want to look into your wallet history to see

Fizz math? That's odd. I guess you should contact customer service to see what's going on.
You only get $25 after 2nd payment. So I'm surprised you see the $26.95 in your wallet. I don't have any in wallet.
I activate my SIM card but my I couldn’t receive and call someone for 1 month and I received a bill of 37.97$ I don’t understand do someone have the customer support phone number
