Why data does not work?

Hi there,
I activated my sim card several hours ago, but its data is not active and hasn’t worked properly. Just a few minutes totally. I’ve checked various ways to solve it, but none of them worked.
Please please proceed to this problem ASAP. I don’t have any access to the Internet. I’d heard lots of positive attitude about Fizz, but now I’m not happy with it. I try to contact you but I find it impossible to even search through your website.
