No you can not .
The activation code should be at the bottom where it says : ACTIVATION: .....6 -

I recommend you take a photo of the sim, as well as write it down in your message. Give them 48 hours to respond.4

The customer service asked me to contact them after opening a new card. They will refund the card fee of the first card to me.Unfortunately, I can't contact them anymore.lol1
