The activation code should be at the bottom where it says : ACTIVATION: .....

I recommend you take a photo of the sim, as well as write it down in your message. Give them 48 hours to respond.
The customer service asked me to contact them after opening a new card. They will refund the card fee of the first card to me.Unfortunately, I can't contact them anymore.lol
