I ported out from Fizz yesterday, the last day of the monthly cycle. However, today I still received notification that my new month began with payment for the next month.
I cannot find Cancel my plan on My account.
Please help.

Contact them via the contact form in your account to ask for a refund since they can't be providing the service if your number is with another provider.

It is in the my plans tab, you should see a manage plan button and there you will have the option to unsubscribe
