Why is the data I was gifted isnt working , yet its in my data meter?

I was gifted 3gb of data and none is working yet its in my data meter and i got an email saying i received it.

You'll see "something wrong, please login to your fizz account to fix it". It can be fixed to add a 500m perk. Add it and do a reboot.

You are not along. Me neither. Waiting response from Fizz for 5 days already. You can use contact form to open a complain. And wait.

It seems a lot of people are having issues with the data meter, especially when it comes to the data rollover. So unfortunately it's not that surprising that your meter doesn't reflect what you actually have. This will get really annoying as the month goes by and you try to figure out what you acutally have left...

Yeah it's buggy - I got a data rollover text message from Fizz 5 days ago and I'm still a few days away from the end of my billing cycle.
