one of my accounts is billed $25 instead of the correct introductory rate. How do I get this resolved?

Which plan did you take?
It is possible that the 25$ probably had taxes and 911 fees factored in.
it's a 2gig, Canada +US plan. this plan is charging at over 3x my 8gig Canada US plan.
They're very slow now to respond. You'd better be patient until new year.
$25 is the intro price, they're currently offering, for 2g + Can/US. Could you be thinking of beta pricing? beta prices were extended for 2mo but only for those who already had them.
yeah, I'm thinking of the beta pricing. I'm not getting it on one of my plans.
If you had beta pricing, it’s obviously a mistake given that they said beta will continue for 2 more months... let fizz know via text on their chat or FB messenger.
