Why am I unable to adjust my plan?

I am unable to adjust my plan. I know that it will only take effect in the next billing cycle, but when I follow the steps of manage -> adjust plan -> change plan, I get an error message at the top of the screen in red of: "Billing cycle is invalid".

I would like to adjust my plan so that it is different for next month, but this is preventing me from doing so.

There is no issue on the website with the change plan requests.

It is most likely another bug. You should contact fizz to adjust your plan.
