Porting My Old Number a

The transfer of number icon on the Fizz site for sim activation is not active. The only icon that is active is the selection of new number. Must i need to pick a new line before i transfer my old line?

@René D. , I have pay as you go already. I can't do anything on my plan, only add money and add user option in "manage my plan", How can I switch back to regular plans in next billing cycle?

To port a number I believe you have to contact Fizz using the following link
https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/conta...
and choose " Schedule a meeting with customer support ... "

So you could pick a basic plan, port your old number, activate your SIM card, then switch to pay as you by putting money into your wallet first, then cancelled your plan
