Fizz cannot transfer my Fido number and it says "The account number for your current mobile provider is incorrect"?

Fizz cannot transfer my Fido number and it says "The account number for your current mobile provider is incorrect". But I double checked, and the account number of Fido is correct. Should I include the '-' in the account numbers?

You can also try submitting your IMEI number instead of account number. But be aware that even entering the correct IMEI number might give you an error as reported by other users (and myself) in this forum.

Thanks for all the answers. I tried to activate my plan again with the same account number (without '-'). And magically, it worked this time.
