data not working on iphone 6?

My data doesnt work but i can call. I readskmewhere that you have to update your carrier setting because mine it says videotron 32.0 but it should be 34.1? But when i go in “about” nothing pop up for update carrier. I tried resetting wifi settibg and reboot but nothing is working.. I switched the sim to my other iphone and it worked for a brief moment than nothing. Also It says i dont have data in my plan and to make a hotspot you have to call videotron...? anyone can help? thanks
