[Voice Mail] Incorrect Pin?

Last week I've setup my voice mail without PIN with success. But for a weird reason this week the system ask me for a PIN...

I tried: #, 1234#, 0000# but nothing seems to work

did you try the pin that came with your initial text message? or just contact them through messenger fb.me/fizzca or chat bubble on help pages

I did not receive the initial text message... And they take forever to respond to messenger.
and the chat bubble is a myth :P

Frederick, it's great that I have an open ticket to reset my PIN. But I don't see how that helps me. Is there something I can do to fix it, or am I still waiting for someone at Fizz to reset it? I don't get it.

Thanks Jose. Like I replied to Fredrick, It's great to have an open service ticket. The problem is that the actual service seems to have been forgotten...

Hi Ann. Do you work for Fizz? I mean wouldn't I have looked in my SMS to see if I got a text with my PIN? Of course I did. My voice mail is still closed to me, and so far nobody has contacted me by text or email. I've tried chat and email, got an open ticket for almost a week but no results.

What I've done was cancelled the voicemail. I just have to wait for the end of the billing cycle for the change to take effect... Then I'll have to wait another month to get the voicemail reinstated... Ce la vie is what they call it in French...
