For those of you who've had issues resolved, or at least had contact with support, which of the ways yielded the quickest response
1. Contact Form in My Profile >> Contact
2. Facebook Messenger https://fb.me/fizzca
3. Chat Bubble on help pages
When I sent them a message on messenger, they replied the following day, with chat bubble, I was 2nd in queu and took 2hrs to talk with support

I've heard that if you can get a chat bubble then it may be dealt with straight away with the CS agent on the other end.
Chat Bubble is the quickest (60-90 mins) option in my experience, and Facebook Messenger the slowest (1-3 days) Didn't try the Contact Form.
chat bubble for sure, but is not always there :)
I think they made progress and I see the bubble chat more often now.
I only tried the Facebook Mess and they replied the next day.I never used the bubble or the contact form.
all same crappy service. Generic answers from Messenger and same with complaint form
Chat bubble never shows up for me. Even when disabling ad blocker. For this reason Facebook messenger takes #1
Contact form is clueless, the worst. FB messenger has all history there, but took 24 hours to respond. Chat bubble should be fastest but it need a lot of time to let it show up
the most simple way is to open a ticket in your profile

I've had an issue that I tried to resolve via FB - after receiving 1 message per 24-36 hours, I tried the Fizz bubble chat (which didn't even show up for days). Once I finally got a customer service representative on their own website (not on FB, a non-secured 3rd party site), then she continued to apply the wrong changes to my account and promptly tried to conclude the discussion.
