All my calls, incoming and outgoing, on both my plans are dropping after 2:57.

In order to chat with us, make sure that:
You're logged in to My account
You're active on a help page
You're within the customer service business hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST
Any Ad blocker is deactivated in your browser

Try to force your phone use 3G only. If it go to 2g because of weak signal. Phone call won't last long.

Yeah, this was an issue for tons of users. It seems sporadic and it was apparently "fixed" a couple of weeks ago, but randomly re-emerged as an issue week after week. We'll see if it remains this way.
Hopefully this issue does not re-emerge..
