I received a email, it said my card was delivered,but I haven't recerved it.

I bought a SIM card on line on Saturday and I received an email that said the card had been delivered on Monday, but I haven't received it until now, It's a emergency, I need this card eagerly, please give me a new one. Could I change a new address for delivering?
