I received an email saying that my monthly bill has been failed to be deducted from my credit card for an unknown reason! So I changed pre authorized payment credit card to another card; but there is no option to pay it manually. What should I do now to be able to pay my bill right now? I don’t want to have delaying bill payment...

Yes contact Customer Service, is probably the best option to avoid having your line shut down.
