unable to apply 250 MB upgrade to my account?

Hi! I'm new to Fizz mobile. I was wondering how to apply upgrades to my account. I have a 250 MB upgrade but I'm unable to apply it. I pressed the apply button so many times, nothing was added to my account.

This is a site bug. It takes several attempts for the upgrades to go through. I can’t imagine this is done by design...

It is not a bug. It is bad design. You click on "Apply" button and then empty slots start shaking. You need to click the shaking slot to apply.
