I received my SIM card, and added the APN settings, and i still can't call or get data on my device, is there some issue with the activation servers? it's been almost two hours now.

It should be instantaneous to activate the sim card. Porting in a number can take some time, but it would be working in the meantime. That said, several members have experienced delayed activation before, and it started working after a few hours. Also, sms may not work for a few hours after calling and data start working. I would suggest you reboot your phone periodically just to make sure that it notices when the service is activated and if you haven't been activated by morning you should contact customer service.
Thanks Jonathan, speaking of witch how can i contact customer service? i searched for the chat button and contact us page, either is there, i disabled everything.
