The 13th is when the month starts over, I should have seen:
Summary: 8.00 GB / 8.00 GB Unlimited / Minutes Unlimited / Text messages. 31 days left

There usage web portal has so may bugs. Depending how much you're paying, that's how you decide if it's 2g or 8g data.13
