I had unsubscribed days ago and now no active plan with Fizz. But when I tried to delete the payment , the error message said it is still associate with an active plan. During the past two months, I can't receive text message, and no data when I travelled to Toronto..... It took me long time to unsubscribe, because no unsubscribe button in my plan manage page. Then contact Fizz... many times and solved. Now I found my payment credit card still there, try to delete...

If you can't delete it (which is possibly yet another bug on their website), is it possible to change a few numbers on the card so that you know no charge is going through?
If none of that works, the safest thing is to probably re-contact Fizz, unfortunately...
or cancel your credit card.
If you get billed by mistake you can always contact the credit card to dispute the charge.

The story is
(1) I have unsubscribed from Fizz on December 2, 2018. Therefore, my mobile service should be end on December 13.
(2) On December 14, I find I have a new plan. So I tried to delete my payment method, but failed.
The error message said, you can not delete your payment method, because it is associate with a new plan.

I deleted my payment method with an active plan about a month ago, there was no error message.
Their website is still buggy, a lot of buttons dont function as they are supposed to. Only solution is to talk to them.
Try fb messenger or contact forms.
