OTTAWA 613 NUMBER, can't setup voice mail, always say "unknown number". Manually input doesn't work neither

Ottawa number. Can't setup my voice mail, always said "unknown number". Use it with Motorola E4 . Tried on otherr dual sim android phone too, can't access voice mail. When I press 1, it go to fizz vm setting, can't take my number , always say my number is known when I manually input it. Sent a complain and they ask me to go to "manage plan", I get "billing cycle is invalid" error. My voice mail is the rewards when I reach level 3. Anybody from Ottawa has this problem? I guess QC user should be ok , otherwise there are a lot of complains already.

I believe the upgrades become active in the following cycle when you add them. Did you add the upgrades in your current cycle or in the previous one? In any case I think the "Bill cycle is invalid" error could be a problem. Maybe you should contact Fizz for that error.

That’s definitely a technical issue - you should message Fizz in the chat bubble, or FB messenger.

I apply two upgrades in previous billing cycle , so it's valid now. Other upgrade is 500m data and it's working great now. I know it because I don't have data before. The 2nd addon is voice mail, it never work. It's definitely a bug. I guess I'm the only fizz beta user who use 613 ottawa number , and reached level 3, and has no voice mail option before, and used the voice mail upgrade reward. Also I did sent them with FB messenger , also contact form. Both get replied by someone who has no idea.Both said I have no voice mail feature. I told them it's reward when I reach level 3. Both have no idea and keep telling me I have no voicemail. Same as Fizz voice mail robot, keep telling me "you're calling from unknown number". Fizz need more work to be ready.

Is it working?
I also applied the free voicemail and hoping it works properly from next month.

Still not working and it's a fizz bug. Support ask me stay in beta price and not to touch. After beta price end, I will be able to use this reward.

Voicemail used to work for me.
Now it is saying something about "your number is not recognized" when I enter the phone number, and it doesn't work.
I have it on my plan, and its enabled (I used to work!) Can't find any way to contact Fizz.
